By-law 61-2024 - Zoning By-law Amendment - Caley Grains Inc.

• On November 25, 2024 Council passed a resolution to approve the zoning request of Caley's Grain Inc., c/o Jim Caley at 4668 Bruce Road 3,to reduce the minimum lot area requirement for an agricultural lot of designated Rural in the County Official Plan and Agriculture in the Municipal Zoning Agriculture to facilitate the consent of a 0.78 hectare vacant lot.
  
  
• There were concerns raised about a safe entrance off Concession 4 (Arran).  The Manager of Public Works did a site inspection and confirms an entrance permit will be required and it will require engineered drawings to ensure the entrance is safe.  This will be included as a requirement of the consent application.
